I was gonna post this around 10 last night, but was afraid nobody would care. I found the part where Rick Mahorn was attacked by like 3 women after knocking down Lisa Leslie and clubbed in the back by one particularly hilarious. Some extra small one was trying to sneak up on him on his right side and scurried away when he saw her coming. Karl Malone's daughter getting injured trying to play peace maker after sparking the whole thing was another high point for me.

Here is a good video from ESPN.

BTW...I would consider letting Candace Parker tackle me.

Yeah, OMG, I could care less about the WNBA (I'd rather watch paint dry, honestly speaking) but when I was flipping through channels last night, I saw the whole thing live. That was easily the most exciting WNBA action I've seen. :D

LOL Women are usually more chilled out... They should put out the women's cheerleading squad, instead of really strong willed women out there to prevent this from happening again lol jk. Candace Parker should be in MMA that was a good takedown haha. I bet more than one woman was PMS'ing that night .

i wished one of the wnba players socked one of the ex Piston Bozo coaches on the chin. Michael Cooper was like "WTF" funny ****.. It appeared that RIck Mahorn pushed lisa leslie down(cameraman missed most of it). Why do the camera men miss the good action anyway? And one of the Sparks players hit him on his back lol..

That could make for a very interesting poll.

I watched that thing 5 times, waiting for the part where some jerseys and sports bras got yanked off.

Nothing. NOTHING.

Women's pro hoops finally showed some thug-y-ness, and nobody got partially nekkid? What a waste. My opinion of the WNBA remains unchanged. (Like the oil in my wife's car.)

Tough love?

Unresolved childhood resentment toward his mother?

Justice?

Hoping it might lead to a Marquis Cross and a relationship?

At the end of the day, who knows about these things? (I just hope he gets interviewed by Charlie Rose.)

Well Karl Malone's daughter tore her ACL. It turns out Detroit was had the east's best record. Oh well, you almost wish a tit would have popped out, but then you realize they're basketball players so they don't have any.

this is their 12th season. how many years have you been saying that line?
Harden is still a work-in-progress. He can score, but he can't help his teammate that much - Yao Ming

Out of curiosity, and considering that we've been at "war" for 5-6 years (37 years if you could the "war on drugs") when and how did a simple, stupid little thing like a fistfight become such an "atrocity"? No one here seems to think that in this case, but several did for the Pacers/Pistons fight, and any kind of fight like this is always labelled with extreme negatives by the media (their motivation for it is obvious at least - helps sell papers).

My best guess is that the papers called things like this atrocities until people became convinced they actually were, but I don't really have a clue how it happened. I just know that I'd rather see people get in a fist fight than an armed one (afaik with pretty much the same legal outcomes in cases of prosecution) any day of the week.
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

Yeah I have to agree with moofs here. I think the reason the Pacers-Pistons brawl was such an "atrocity" is because the players were hitting people in the stands. But then again, I remember Mad Max running up into the stands (against Portland I believe?), and I don't remember that getting near as much media attention as some of these other events.

Only because the cameras didn't catch it.

Otherwise, the old adage stands : "If it bleeds, it leads."
