Dammit Europe wish you could take free of charge Vladamir Radmonovic
and Luck Walton. Europe is paying crazy money for just OK players. What
would they pay for a superstar? Eventually at these salaries a near superstar
or up and coming superstar is gonna bolt.

I heard this morning on my ESPN sports update if the LAL get close to 5M
he's staying otherwise Europa. Sasha was paid 1.7 this last season.

I see Sasha in a LAL uniform next year, personally.

No Ricky.

Rush I'd look at. Probably should just pony up to market value for Sasha. He's not exactly breaking our balls, he's asking for the standard pay other players have gotten this season.

I agree with CC, I'd definitely take a look at Rush. I iked him when we had him before. I really, really hope we keep Sasha, though and I think we will.

Another guy who I always liked and thought was truly under appreciated is Mike Miller. For years that guy has been an elite shooter who can handle the ball, pass the ball, and even drive occasionally as well as shoot the mid-range. He's about as effective on defense as Sasha is.

My question that I still have ever since the NBA finals, is why can Boston put Ray Allen for long stretches on Kobe Bryant and we couldn't get away with Miller on Paul Pierce?

Bryant, Ariza, Miller would simply be a fearsome trio at the SG/SF positions and Miller would likely give Kobe the first true facilitator he's ever seen in his life who can play some defense (albeit not that great, but he's better against SFs) and actually score for himself.

The offense would never stagnate again.

Anyway we can get that guy?

That's a pretty bad excuse though. It should be at least solid. There's really no excuse for it from a Championship team.

Mike MIller is a great fit offensively. Defensively, not so much, but he'd be an upgrade over Radamnovic.

The problem is that Minnesota actually likes Mike Miller, and the Mayo-Love trade wouldn't have happened if Memphis didn't give in and include Miller right before the draft.

Minny likes the idea of Mike Miller opening up the floor for Jefferson and Love. So Odom's expiring contract wouldn't do so much for them.

Radamnovic makes sense in terms of shooting, but unless Minny is interested in an inferior player at a discount (which is a slight possibility), I don't see why Minny would be interested.

That's a shame.

Radmanovic by the way is a player I truly think is playing out of position. He should be a change of pace PF for us not a SF. His rebounding and defense there is better than his slashing and defensive skills at the SF spot (or lack thereof for all of those).

We really are hopeless this off-season...

I like the little nickname you gave him.

Yet another reason why we should have signed James Posey...
