I'll dig up Roves email (its gotta be in my hotmail account somewhere. sorry if you get an email from me thinking you're rove) and see what he wants to do. If WB and BWW want to join, I'm sure they would appreciate it if they could officially take the team over sooner than later.

I'd probably give Jordan a weekend...since he posted a few weeks ago with the exact same comment, that he wasn't sure he could go on.

As for Rove, he checked in a few pages back. It's Kkranks and Ducky that are the ones that haven't checked in. I think Ducky was proclaimed to be out, but the decision on Kkranks is still pending.

Thanks Coady!

Ok, so we're not searching for any missing people anyway.

The week was more to play 'Where in the world is... Rove', not for Jordan to make up his mind. I'm in another dynasty league with ranks... I'm sure he's still interested in this one. I'll try and contact him

Let me just remind that rove had some activity problems last year during the draft and he held up the draft more than one occasion so if he is really not enthusiastic about staying in,I'd say the league should be looking for other options

Yeah...Rove said he was still in on page 5 though Nos makes a good point...

AS for looking for new managers--if Jordan's out, then we're missing 3 managers and have 2 replacements.

current results:
4. four votes
5. ten votes

still waiting on:
ys
Rove

so it's decided we go with option no 5.

ys doesn't really have to vote since the decision is made and he's been active in the thread in required period, but rove has to report in until the end of the week or he is out.

kkranks is out since he has failed to post on time. it's worth noting that he didn't set up his team during play out and thus was only manager besides -Ducky- who was inactive for any significant period of time. he can still get into the league (and get his team back), but only if he posts here by the end of the week and either ys decides to pull out or rove gets kicked out.

bww78 and writersblock can't choose teams until we have a clear picture of who is in and who is out. that means until the end of the week you guys don't have teams. if ys pulls out and neither rove nor kkranks report in you'll have to choose between 4 teams and we'll need 2 more guys. if any 2 of those 3 are back bww78 will get to choose one of 2 teams and writersblock will get the remaining team.

missing e-mails:
Rove: ???
Young_Star11: ??? (we'll get this one easily if ys decides to stay)
if guys on this list don't post the address soon they will be replaced

ys, i'd love to give you more time because i really want you to be part of this league, but i'm afraid that we need to proceed with the vote on other league changes and allow new gms to choose their teams and start playing. for that we need complete list of gms for next season. i have to ask you to let us know of your decision by the end of the week

finally i don't think i can get anyone else from this board to join in so if we need further replacements i'll be forced to look to other fantasy nba boards. since i'm active member of fanball's board i'll try to get new gms from over there first

Hey guys. Sorry I've been busy with work and the whole lot past week so I wasn't able to post anything back.

My email is rickars (at) yahoo (dot com)

Would anyone be kind enough to send the league link over if it's set up?

Thanks!

I'm gonna vote for Rule 5.

I want that rule enforced if possible. If that rule doesn't pass, then by all means, set me free from the league.

If not, I can remain in the league with a heavily reduced role. I'll still be active.

Up to you guys.

Jordan, your vote made it official...number 5 is the option. As for enforcing it...it'll be hard, but I figure it will be a self-policing thing anyway.

option number 5 has been voted by majority of gms (11/16). this means that it will be implemented starting with next off-season so there is no extra keeper slot for sophomores this year. only players who were rookie keepers this off-season (meaning nba rookie class 07/08) will be eligible to be sophomore keepers next year so it's still not too late to trade for a rookie keeper. however dropping or trading a rookie keeper makes him ineligible for being sophomore keeper. after next season you can't have neither rookie nor sophomore keeper without drafting them and holding on to them unless rules are changed via league vote

available teams:

kkranks

Marcus Camby
Ray Allen
Baron Davis
Jason Richardson
Zach Randolph
Zydrunas Ilgauskas
Luke Walton
Derek Fisher
Al Thornton
DeShawn Stevenson
Jason Williams
Joe Smith
Devin Brown
Stromile Swift
Damon Stoudamire

-Ducky-

Kobe Bryant
Tracy McGrady
Lamar Odom
Mo Williams
Richard Jefferson
Troy Murphy
Charlie Villanueva
Udonis Haslem
Earl Watson
Erick Dampier
Keith Bogans
Fabricio Oberto
Kelenna Azubuike
Brandon Bass
Mark Blount

bww78 you are free to choose a team and writersblock gets the other one

tomorrow i'll e- mail you all with remaining rule change proposals and you are all required to vote here within a week. it will not take you more then 5-10 minutes. anyone who doesn't will be replaced.

I would be very surprised if BWW didn't choose Ducky's team...
