If we know Brand will get back to his MVP form then its not a question that its Brand and he would have to be compared to Dirk just like he used to be.
However i would definetly take Bosh over Boozer

tie.

Rebounding? Brand > bosh, brand is stronger on the boards but bosh comes up with a lot of boards himself and again he gets more rebounds when it matters more.

Defense? Brand > bosh but not by as much as some here make it seem...bosh has had to face match up problems his entire career, since he has never had a legit center with him....bosh is also VERY clutch on defense, with many clutch charges taken and blocks.

Offense? Bosh, by a lot...ur nuts to think otherwise, bosh has way more rang on his jumper, much better first step and dribblign ability, he cant post up as well, but his overall offensive game is much better than brand's.

franchise carrying = bosh >>> brand

i take bosh because he has more ability to take a team places with less quality, he is more of a leader, he is also much younger and has yet to peak while brand is probably starting the decline or will be next year, not to mention brand's injury concerns

This is probably the most accurate list so far. I would put Boozer over Bosh though.

boozer is not better than bosh, bosh is a better defender, better shooter, has better face-up game, the only thing that boozer is better at is posting up...
other than that, he is also older than bosh.

really....

Brand is a 20/10 guy, while Bosh can't average 10 RPG.

Except bosh averaged 10.7 boards the year before last year. Think before you post.

concidering the health concerns, id probably take bosh

but

if brand stays healthy this year

hes just more of a traditional PF, better in the post, stronger to matchup with bigger PF's , a great shotblocker and jus a good overall defender.

but you still gotta concider injury concerns.

Give me E-Brand easily. He operates closer to the basket, isn't a glorified small forward, can actually play defense, and is less of an injury concern than Bosh.

Bosh might be a little better on offense but on D the difference is HUGE.Brand is a top low post defender while Bosh can't defend any decent big man

On the offensive end I'd much rather have a guy like Boozer on my team. He's much better at finishing around the basket and playing like a traditional power forward. I agree that Bosh is the better defender, but his slightly better defense doesn't make him the better player.
