do you think we will have 12M $ under the cap to sign him next year?

About as much a chance as getting Okafor in the first place.

AK + Okur
for
Rashard Lewis + Tony Battie
trade?

Exchanging two bad contracts in AK and Lewis
Utah gets one of the best 3pt shooters in the league with decent defense and some mid range jumper/ok defense PF in Battie.
Orlando gets a shooting center to compliment Howard plus good defense AK.

:o :o :o

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo thank you. I wouldn't do Memo for Lewis straight up, and probably not even AK for Lewis straight up. Lewis is a fine player, but the reason we'd move AK is to unload the contract, so taking back Lewis makes the trade a total failure in that regard.

regarding salary cap rules, yes.
we can sign boozer and okur to any amount (up to maximum) if we want to (bird rights for both of them).

keep the payroll under the luxury tax? probably no.
