Only that Cleveland is no longer an option, which pretty much leaves it as Miami or bust. And if he does indeed wind up starting in Miami, behind that brutal OL, he's not going to see October, not with the brain scrambling he took.

That's probably a bit on the harsh side but the Dolphins seem to be falling into the proverbial trap the Lions and Texans have been in for years: it doesn't matter who you line up at QB when your OL cannot block. And Miami's cannot block, period (in my best Stephen A$$mith)

I know this is late... but could the Raiders get in the Trent Green running if KC outright releases him?

The thing to remember about Kiper is that his projections are terrible. I would never once question his player evaluation or his knowledge of players and what they can and cannot do well. But he gullibly sucks up everything teams tell him about who they might be taking and doesn't back off and consider it very well.

As an example, in the Alex Smith draft he was correct on just 6 of his 1st round projections and missed 13 players by at least 10 slots. The year before that he got 8 of the 1st 9 and then missed the next 17 by at least 2 slots each.

I actually liked his projections this past Monday, but it looks as if he's changed them once again. I try to generally ignore his projections, but his evaluations of players and real value are usually a lot better than his detractors like to admit.

Yeah I like Mike Mayock more when it comes to predictions. Wasn't he the only analyst that predicted Whitner to Buffalo last year?

im a rick gossellin fan for mock drafts, he writes for the dallas morning news and is regarded as one of the best at mock drafts, its practically all he writes about nowadays too.

here's his top 100: http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent ... fc16d.html

probably by about midnight he'll have his last mock draft ready to go too. but here's his latest mock draft: http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent ... 4c744.html

judging by that mock draft im sure alot of it will change by tonight in his final mock draft but trust me he knows his stuff.

and icness are the lions still set on taking gaines adams or like you mentioned before johnson goes #2 no matter what?

Rumor has it Denver has moved up in the draft. From rotoworld.com

MLive.com's Tom Kowalski reports the Broncos have traded up to No. 10

Not sure how good the source is, but figured I would share. No word on what the Texans would be giving up either.

It's a credible rumor. As with all 99% of even credible rumors, I'll belive it when I see it.

ice, where did you hear this from? Nothing in minnesota is talking about this. I think this is profitable for both teams. Scott is an ohio guy (i think) I am just surprised they would be able to move up 4 spots for only him. Are we giving up any extra picks? Also, why would we move up?

They've been talking about this for a couple days now. I don't think that it will officially happen until the tenth pick rolls around. The Broncos are after Patrick Willis, and if he's there then the trade would be Houston's #10 pick for Denver's #21 plus their second and third rounders.

If this goes down I'll be one happy Texans fan!
