Post#1 » by aboyle18 » Tue Jul 29, 2008 12:04 am

The Sixers have no chance just cause the Celtics are dominant and the Raptors have upgraded better then the Sixers did. The nets will own them any day of the year. commennt back if u got something to say

The Sixers arent even in the Atlantic Division. You have no idea what you're talking about.

I honestly don't understand how he didn't include the Knicks in there. They have THE biggest offseason acquisition in Duhon. What can't he do? He defends, he shoots, he can dunk from the FT line, he is a leader, he is young, he passes, he can play down low. He is the perfect player, and I'm actually hearing from a close source that the Sixers offered Iguodala, Thaddeus Young, a 1st rounder, and Brand(via S&T.. even though he wasn't our player) for Duhon. The Knicks obviously turned it down.

He's incredible and single-handedly makes the Knicks a contender. My source also told me that they were trying to shed all those big salaries to offer Duhon 50 million per season, but they obviously don't find takers.

Just imagine the kind of threat he poses from the perimeter. It is so rare that you need to closely defend a player from all the way out to half court, because he is just flat out MONEY from half court. He can pull up from 70 feet even and nail 3s with ease. He is that good.

1st, Kanga- don't sleep on the T-Wolves, they will do a lot of damage now that they are in the East. It was their difficult schdule that held them back from being contenders. Also, I hear that the Wolves may make a move to acquire Garnett.

2nd, Westbrook, is your source the guy who heckled Childress. If so I doubt his credibility after he moved to Greece to follow his nemesis with a broken J. I hear he even questioned both his jumper and his manhood by calling him 'osh Childless, the man who couldn't hide behind the Fro. Also, I heard Olimpicos only signed Childress after they had been turned down by several NBA players- most notably this guy:
