Yepp. I felt it.

Reports are that it was 5.8.

Then there were three 3.5 aftershocks (which I didnt feel).

I live like half a block close to some train tracks here in the Watts Area (South LA), so Im usually feeling shaking at times during the day.

This was straight out different though. I was sitting watching ESPN (Donaghy's 15 month sentence), and the house started shaking. It started soft for about 4 seconds (but still noticeable to the point where you see wall hangings shaking), but then it let everything out for about 2 seconds.

Pretty crazy.

^hahaha

Man I can't believe how long it lasted here. I guess as the waves travel the mellow and lengthen. It could also be our building was swaying longer than the quake but it was easily 30-40 seconds of constant rolling like we were a ship at sea.

Now theyre saying it started up in Chino Hills, South East of the LA area.

BTW, It was felt all the way to Tijuana (south San Diego) and Las Vegas, so it was a HUGE portion of CA that was affected.

My house first rattled violently, then swayed slowly for a good 30 seconds. The walls and floors were moving around as if they were Jello Jigglin'.

It is odd, I could call my friend over there but she couldn't call or receive calls to and from anyone who live in the great LA area.

Man, that was the strongest earthquake I've ever experienced ! :(
I felt that the magnitude was around 6 degrees ! 6 degrees lasting 20 second were like an eternity for me sice I haven't felt anything like that in my life ! :(
I was afraid to enter the home...

My bed was moving and my bed sheets were moving and I was alone in the house sleeping. I thought someone got in to rob me or harm me and I got up in kick ass mode until I noticed everything in the house shaking and figured it was a quake.
