I still agree with Kobe. And, as much as the team the Wolves are building is growing on me, the "It might have been" question is going to be there for a long, long time.

It seems like no matter what. we will screw up the draft. I hope this isn't the case.

Why does anyone care what Kobe says? Isn't this the man who demanded a trade, and then backed off those demands in the same freaking day? Then he quietly hoped for a trade, and then towards the end of this season, he couldn't be any happier in Los Angeles?

^exactly, last year Kobe wanted to go to Chicago so he could play with Ben Wallace...Ben freakin' Wallace. The l.A. thing to do is to take Kobe's words with a grain of crack cocaine.

Kobe also raved about Gerald Green when we had our 24-win season. I wouldn't put too much stock into what he says.

Must...resist...Kobe and "whole package" joke...

I'm an LSU fan and saw Randolph more than just about anyone, and LOL at anyone that thinks he should have gone first.

Listen, Not keeping mayo speaks more to the confidence that the front office belives that Foye will be the #2 guy. If we kept mayo, foye becomes the 3rd wheel as both need the ball in their hands to be successful and McCants becomes obselete and we still have a huge void in the bigs department (not to mention Jarics contract as well). Yes, we could have traded McCants for a big, but there is no way that we would have gotten someone as skilled (potentially) as Love.

Foye is the one everyone should focus on this year, not only because of the Roy trade but also for passing on Mayo. You can not really compare Love with Mayo.

Kobe also said he loved his wife.

Can we really take what he says seriously?

Well, he did buy her the only automatic transmission Lamborghini MurciƩlago in the world. That's got to be a kind of love.
