I say "no" to redrafting for dynasty.I vote to transform from keeper into dynasty next off season(so everyone can draft accordingly this year and make roster moves in line with that) or keep it as a keeper league.

we got 2 kind of person

the one´s with lbjames,DH,josh´s smith, cp3, etc in one side saying WE WANT DINASTY but dont want to redraft
in the other side guys that started to play this in a 4+1 keeper totally different than dinasty

To be frank ,it doesnt change anything for me at all if we go dynasty next season or keep it as a keeper league for eternity.If you think I (or Alci G) have advantage because we have those aforementioned players,then let me remind you that we will have those 4 players no matter what we decide on right now.We will keep them as keepers for this season and we will have them in our rosters in next off season again as our keepers (or part of our dynasty squad) unless we trade them So I dont see how it creates an advantage for us if we switch from keeper to dynasty league?

If we turn into dynasty format right now and keep our rosters as it is,then you would be totally right and I'd be IMO gaining huge advantage that's why nobody suggested that because it would be unfair to other gm's.

The point is fraan,no matter what happens,gm's with a better selection of top-4 players will have the same advantage over other gm's in both scenarios (dynasty/keeper).

fact of the matter is, the longer we debate all these different rule changes, the longer it will be before we can actually start drafting. We should probably just consider the league will stay keeper, otherwise, we may never get off the ground.

ok i think now it's clear to everybody that another official vote is needed. we have 2 options, each supported by about the same number of gms so we need undecided gms to settle the argument. if anybody has better idea i'm open to all suggestions
gms who alredy expressed their opinions won't be required to vote again though they are free to change their minds. there will be 2 different questions
1.dynasty/keeper
2.do we redraft should majority vote for dynasty
voting ends on next sunday

i'll do the draft lottery later today and post results here as well as mail them to everybody

draft will start on september 1st one way or the other. i think 2 months is enough for 13 rounds of draft (if we have to redraft)

EDIT: i guess we have sufficient number of votes to switch to dynasty. the question of redraft remains. of course if we do decide to redraft then the lottery i'll do today becomes invalid because everyone will have the same chance in the redraft while todays lottery is weighted. i will do the lottery because we already agreed that i should do it today, though i'd rather wait and see if there's need for it.

I'm going to make this really easy...no need to vote on anything. I'm changing my vote from Dynasty to Keeper. That makes it 7 Keeper, 6 Dynasty, thus no need to vote on whether to redraft either. Let's keep things how they are...it's too confusing otherwise.

note: i miscalculated 2*1+2*2+2*3+6*9+4*10=106, not 100 so those percentages actually represent number of ping pong balls per team. this means that east had one ping pon ball out of 106, not 100 and thus had little less then 1% chance of winning. same goes for insfo, etc.
