Patrick Crayton is going to get hurt

Post#1 » by ReasonablySober » Wed Aug 6, 2008 9:11 pm

Link.

"Brett Favre is a legend," Crayton said. "You should want your best quarterback. But keep Aaron Rodgers in there. We have to play them in the third game. So have Aaron Rodgers in there."

Crayton dismissed Rodgers’ performance in leading the Packers to a near comeback against the Cowboys when Favre was injured last year in Dallas’ 37-27 win at Texas Stadium.

"That was last year," Crayton said. "Did we have film on him?

"I know their defense had film on him in their scrimmage and what did he do?" queried Crayton, pointing out Rodgers’ 7-for-20 passing during a scrimmage Sunday.

Um, bulletin board material?

Patrick who?

C'mon man. The #3 WR calling us out?

Really?

Who? Really?

The guy that had more touchdowns than your #1 and #3 receivers combined.

He was the #2 reciever last year actually.

Really.

DB whats wrong with what he said? Favre is clearly the better player right now all things considered. I know you guys want Rodgers to do well, and are trying to convince yourselves that hes the best option, but you're in denial if you think that right now he gives your team a better chance at winning than Brett Favre.

I love it. I love it when players make stupid ass comments like this or make their little predictions before any pre-season games have even been played. Keep em' coming Crayton!

OK, then our #2 WR had almost twice as many TD catches as yours.

Regardless, he's slamming Rodgers, needlessly.

Crayton is junk KIAM. Take your traitor Cowboy self back to the Cowboy board.

He needs to worry about not sucking this year before worrying about the Packers.

Slamming him by saying Favre is a legend and that Rodgers hasnt done anything yet?

And come on DB, throwing Jennings into the convo? If you want to do it like that, then our #1 reciever had 7 times as many TDs as yours did.
I was making a simple point that Crayton isnt just some nobody contrary to what B2TW said.

Luke we've been through this, if you dont know the definition of words then stop using them. How am I a traitor? That would imply that I once liked and then turned my back on the Packers, which is 100% false.

Crayton had barely more yards than the Packers #3 ROOKIE WR. He's not very good and definitely not good enough to be spouting off at the mouth like he's Terrell Owens. But that just seems to be the Cowboy way. The bark is ALWAYS worse than the bite.

He had fewer yards than our 1 or 2. Hooray for his touchdowns, but he is way behind Jennings in TDs. Your statistical comparison is definitely slanted.

We also both know that Glenn and Owens are the 1 and 2 receivers on that roster and the he was only the #2 because of Glenn's injury.

He needs to prove something before he calls out an organization.

He was 51st in receiving yards. That makes him a slightly below average #2. And last year was his best year, so it's not like he has a track record of 1,000 yard seasons.

What? Terry Glenn is headed to Miami last I checked.

And how is my comparison slanted?

Of course Craytons yardage isnt high as Jennings. Perhaps thats because Crayton had a WR and a TE in front of him that combined for 2500 receiving yards?

And once again, what did Crayton say that was inaccurate?

What business does Patrick Crayton have with the Green Bay Packers? He should be worrying about his own damn team and whether his QB can make it through an entire game without being distracted by Jessica s'ing his d. Patrick Crayton has accomplished nothing and obviously just likes to hear himself talk or read about himself in the paper.

Poor (scrub) Crayton. Week 3 can't come soon enough. It'll be sweet when Hawk, Barnett, Woodson or Harris level him and he thinks twice about running his mouth again.

Unfortunately there will be a lot of Packer "fans" who hope he is right.

I'm not a Rodgers backer really but now that he is the QB I hope has has a fantastic year/career.

F*** the Cowgirls.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

My inside sources told me Crayton's Penis is smaller than every WR's penis on the Packers. 8-)

KIAM, how many Pro Bowls has Patrick Crayton gone to?

Oh yeah. none.

And don't bring up TO or Witten, because I didn't hear them talking sh** about Rodgers.

KIAM, remember, that if you ask Packer fans then every player of theirs is better than the players on your favorite team. They will come up with an obscure fact or stat to make a point. Kudos to them for their research. Don't expect to win any arguments on this board even if you're right.
