I think Iggy's a tad bit overrated. He puts up nice numbers, partially because he plays almost 40 minutes a night, but I've never been that impressed with him. He seems more future Ricky Davis than future Scottie Pippen.

For what he's getting paid as, he's overrated. Just as is Deng, Okafor and others.

One can make a valid reason as to why they aren't worth that money their receiving, but then when the market is dictating another thing, it's hard ot say their not, when in fact they are in the court of public opinion.......

Both Wade and LeBron have since signed extensions after their rookie deals were up. Rookie deals are in the neighborhood of ~$4M/season, not $14-15.

Deng last year or Deng this year? Deng was better last year, Iggy this year.

lol deng was never better than Iggy.

If you go by PER and defensive ratings, the only year Deng wasn't better than Iggy was last season. And since you probably didn't know already, Deng was hobbled or out because of an achilles injury all last season.

He was the one that stated those numbers $14-$15M I posted earlier, reflected rookie deal numbers. When in fact, that isn't the case.
