will
Lebron, Shaq did dominate against the Lakers but I think it will be a different story with Andrw Bynun returns.

Walkingart: Agree with BC's screw up on trading away the pick that would have netted us Deng. it was HUGE. However, might you conceed that Sarver/Kerr trading away picks for cash, which did not allow us any trade flexibility, then, to give away Kurt Thomas for two 1sts took away major flexibility. I also contend that Kerr has had a year to get a back up point guard and best we can hope for is that our 2nd round pick comes to the US to play. It was BC who drafted Amare, Marion and got Nash to come here (oh, how I wish we had Deng....).

Shaq is now a year older....Hack a Shaq will return during the playoffs and it will make him a huge liability. You may be right on Nash becoming more effective but I don't see Shaq and Nash as a great duo.

With a Lakers team at full force, still strong Spurs team, a great Utah team and an incredible Hornets team, do you think we will get out of the Western Conference? Really? And if we do, do we beat Boston?

A lot of people freaking out, but there's really no way to predict how we will do against these teams. All teams have had more time to work together, added/lost players, changed coaching etc and you just never know...even the Mavs, yeah Kidd is getting older but maybe he will run the team better just because of experience. Hell, even the Spurs are getting older, and the Celtics are not by any means unbeatable. Its really too early to say we're 6th out of 15, or 10th out of 30.

The Joe Jonhson trade was the killer. He'd be coming into his prime right now! He'd be the offensive focal point.

Nash, Amare, Shaq could just pick up the scraps.

With Nash, Johnson, & Amare the Suns just needed a decent SF.

Raja Bell is a great bench player. Or an excellent starter if you have a SF w/ Carmelo's offensive game.

If you guys can find someone who can do what Joe Johnson does, it's a new day...

Kerr better checking' every trap looking for the equivalent of 1998 Kurt Warner for the Rams.

Suns need a natural scorer...

BTW,

What the H is a Dragic?

Mavs are done. Miami and Golden State did to Dirk what Ali did to Foreman in Zaire.

Methinks so. I mean, there's the off chance we might get hot in the playoffs, but I don't see us beating LA, NO, SA or UT in a 7 game series...so if we can just avoid them, then we might have a shot :)

I think the window is already shut.

unfortunately many of us here feel that the window indeed is shut and righfully so. I will pray to God and hope for the best season possible. As for now like TASTIC said, "Shaq's finger tips are still in there". keeping it from shutting completely.
