lol... I hated them not being able to serve the ball over the freaking net. I mean come on, it's the Olympics. Gotta have better effort than that, but they have to play Bulgaria next week which is going to be really tough.

Man, that "Baby Shaq" looks fat. Marc Gasol looks like a Grizzly Bear.

China with two more golds. One in synchro diving and another in pistol shooting. :)

Yes the two lamest sports. China has a legitimate shot of winning the most gold medals even though the US team looks fairly good thus far, but in total medals the US should win.

Don't be a hater dude. You can argue alot of olympic sports are 'lame' but if they won a medal for your country you'd be alright with it I'm sure. I mean fencing isn't exactly a huge super awesome sport, but it got the US three medals and the lead so far so you ain't complaining right?

Even big sports like swimming isn't huge at all outside of the olympics and is essentially non-consequential.

I don't think China will win enough to beat the US in the gold medals department. I think the U.S. is too good overall to lose to China in gold medals although China is doing a good job of it right now. Michael Phelps will take care of us over the next week along with a lot of other athletes. USA Basketball is ours, along with women's soccer, I think we can also take men's soccer and women's tennis with Williams. Those are just a few to name for the U.S.

The chances are pretty even. Phelps' chances of sweeping men's swimming is close to China's chances of sweeping diving. China is also a strong contender in rowing, which has a lot of golds to be won. Their strategy has basically been trying to diversify their athletes in many fields that are not traditionally dominated by Americans. Just like US will take care of tennis, and likely basketball, China will take Badminton and Table Tennis down. I think it will come down to gymnastics events, where China and US are both a level above everyone else.

Man, China-USA game (Men's basketball) is expecting AT LEAST 1 billion people for viewing. When I say at least, I mean at least, that's like a little under 20% of the world population. Are you fu**ing kidding me?

Beach volleyball attire should be used for all women's events.

So much wasted potential watching sweaty girls and their heaving bosoms hidden under baggy t-shirts and khaki shorts. This isn't Saudi Arabia.

If Kerri Walsh' ass is sexy, there must be many other women. They should definitely have em all in bikinis. lmao I just had the thought of them playing basketball in bikini's.
