Thing is, they didnt even SHOW the game at 7:00. Instead, NBC had some news show on when they couldve been showing the game. Instead, they just showed a replay at 10:00am pt.

Pretty stupid on their part IMO.

Im sure they will be replayed at one point or another, but im just guessing.

What's with the player numbers? I didn't see a number higher than 15 on either the US or China. Is there some rule that limits the choices?

Dimitris Dimantidis is probably one of the best PG defenders I have seen since Gary Payton. Watching him play against Germany, its funny how much pressure he was ablt pile up on Germany's PG that it forced Dirk to play behind the arc for most of the first quarter just to avoid a turnover before the offense is set up.

They obviously couldn't get the breathing space to set up a play and fed off their 3 pt shooting to get whatever points they could get. Reminds me a bit of Phil's strategy to stick Kobe on Rondo during the finals.

I remember being really impressed with him at the Worlds. I haven't had a chance to see them recently; I am very, very curious about how we perform against them and the Spaniards in our next two games. I'm not sure what to think of this team yet. The teamwork and chemistry seems to be there, but the same problems -- too much gambling on D, not enough outside shooting on O -- remain. Kobe's doing everything else pretty well, but he really needs to pick up his outside shooting.

I think the games are on a variety of NBC channels, but I didn't look too hard for that.

OK Sedale posted the above info. I just heard Lamps say it will be LIVE on USA network Thursday in its entirety. However he didn't say what time. So assuming those times are correct, look for it on that channel.

They didn't destroy Angola today. Not knowing about Angola I figured the score would be like 123-6. The won by like 20 something.

Question: Do the comparisons with the original Dream Team not matter as far as point spread until the medal round?
