I know Phelps is going for 8 to break the record of gold medals, but is he "only" competing in 8 or can he afford to not get gold in one or more?

The athletic talents this year are just stacked, man I wish Ian Thorpe was still around, that would have been a relay.

Well, people get more knowledgeabe on how to train and how to perfect their event over time. But I was wondering myself if there are any unbreakable records.

Its also the new LZR Swimsuits.... the "fast" pool technology has been around since 2000 in Sydney
