Easy pick Miami. Clippers should be better but how much is still the question.

MIami will not make the playoffs, wade+beasely+Marion+scrubs=30 wins

Miami in the East, Memphis in the West.

Wade/Beasley/Marion is not a 15 win team!

I'm biased but I think the wolves will improve quite a bit, they were a completely different team with Foye last season

I didn't follow the Twolves all that closely, but didn't Foye's return coincide with a big drop in their winning percentage?

Doesn't matter because 30 Wins are still 15 more wins and most likely the biggest jump.

The Chicago Bulls in the East, and the Clippers in the West.

Did Miami win a game last season?

I don't know the exact records with and without him but think they only won like 6 games or something without Foye.

Logic says Miami given that they gave up on their season last year...

No, the wolves won at a much higher percentage with Foye (still not much)

PLus Foyes numbers increased every month. By the end of the season, Foye averaged somthing like 18/6/3 in the last month
