funny Kobe / Kaman conversation

Post#1 » by Kobe>Jordan>God » Tue Aug 12, 2008 5:57 am

http://sports.yahoo.com/olympics/beijin ... &type=lgns

Intersting article about Chris Kaman at the Olympics. Among other things he claims that the Clippers lied to him, says his dad is unhappy with him playing for a foreign country, disses the Nuggets and is unenthused with the Clipps signing the Heat's cast-offs. The best part is:

Nevertheless, Kaman is having the time of his life here. He’s responsible for shaving the Olympic rings into his teammates’ heads, including Nowitzki’s. Sure, there are awkward moments. At the Opening Ceremony, Kobe Bryant walked over to him and said, “I want to hear you say just one word in German. Just one.” Before the German’s game Sunday, Kaman stood on the floor listening to the national anthem and kept asking himself: Do I put my hand over my heart?

If I were Kaman, I'd just google how to say 'owns' in German in his blackberry, iphone, etc w/e he has and then reply back with

MJ besitzt Kobe

@noxe we don't say "besitzt" in this case, we just use the anglicism here and still say owns or mix it with german and say something like "MJ ownt Kobe"
funny stuff xD

Ich gegen Kobe auf meiner Blüte? Nicht sogar ein Streit

But I shouldn't trust free online translators. Once I put "Jianlian" on a chinese-english translator and it couldn't translate it into "Bust".

"Verpiss Dich Makaroni!"

If I were Kaman, I'd just google

What'd be funny is if he looks up "Im proud to be German", then goes to the press and says :
"Ich bin stolz, ein Deutscher zu sein"
