The guy now has to try and fill the shoes of one of the greatest to ever play the game and even if he puts up great numbers season after season, maybe even wins an MVP or two, he'll probably still never live up to what Favre was (at least in some people's eyes), when he plays very well like he did Monday, he deserves all of the praise in the world. Seems some people are having a problem admitting it.
not what I said. I stated that myself, and my buddy (a big Rodgers supporter) didn't get the same feeling BEING at the game, as people commenting on it watching it on tv.
Like I said, I was there, and based off of what we saw, he wasn't bad, but he wasn't in our eyes anything close to what the TV people saw and commented on.
It is posible to get a different feel while at a game, not having the multiple angles, etc. it is what it is.
And after he banged his hand, he didn't play, titan. It happened right in front of us. And Rodgers asked out. he said to McCarthy that he was done. I was sitting row 2 behind our bench.
