Stafford has all the tools. He really favors Elway. He even looks like him. Not saying he'll have a career like Elway, but I think he'll be the best of that bunch.

Getting back on topic: I think Tebow has the highest upside of the group but I really do like Stafford.
Russell's probably the lowest rung on that ladder.
