I think they'll make the playoffs this season. And they'll be legit contenders within three years.
But Oden and Roy have to remain healthy first.

I give the Blazers 3 years.
This season I think they will make the playoffs as a lower seed. They have a lot of young talent, and could surprise some people come playoff time.
