It'll be Greg Oden easily if he is healthy and plays the entire season, if he isn't healthy then i'd say its between Michael Beasley and Kevin Love who will both have very good numbers and their respective teams will have nice improvements in W's & L's.
I can't see OJ Mayo getting ROTY simply because the Grizzlies will be lucky to win 22 games in a year when three other rookies figure to post big numbers while making their teams matter.
Kevin Durant was able to win ROTY only because Al Horford didn't average a few more points per game. If Horford had gone for 14 PPG, 10 RPG he'd have won the award but the gap between a 20 PPG rookie with hype and a 10/10 guy was too much.
