He definitely ran his heart out, but the gap between him and the other runners was so large...

Amazing!!!

I said it would be sweet to break Johnson's record in his presence, and man I can't wait to see what he has to say now. Before the race he said Bolt wasn't going to touch it. Soooo let's see what he has to see now.

Holy ****....I still can't beleive he did it though...When he was leading the pack all I was thinking is, he has to break it with this much of a lead...and ofcourse, don't let up hahaha...

Even more impressive seeing that he did this against a headwind...No one can say he let up though, dude was burning it up right through to the finish line...

You can't say enough about Bolt, the guy is just extraordinary. Congratulation to bolt for the Gold Medal, New World Record, and his 22nd B'day.
