its kinda hard to find a workout that hits everything and keeping it under an hour and that one seems to do the job!
All of those workouts take 20-30 minutes, but don't do the same workout every day, run that routine I put up there. Do it everyday, your body will get use to it and it'll null the effort.
But yeah that ab one is sick, it really burns, wait till you wake up in the morning it's going to kick in.
