Who was Deron running at?

Anyone see this?

At the end of the Aussie game as the team is walking to the locker room, Deron takes off running like he is going after someone to fight them. Lebron grabs him and holds him back.

It looked like they were all laughing as Lebron caught him, including Deron. Looked like a joke to me.

It looked like he was running away from that guy Melo was bringing over and LeBron grabbed him.

Yeah, he was definitely running away from that guy that they were bringing over, maybe it was for an interview or something.

So I was reading on the ESPN website an article about the game against Australia and I saw this little doozie...

So I know they do these tests immediately after the game, which is what makes me think that guy who was being led over to him was the tester. So is Deron Williams running from this guy?

Olympians get tested so much I guarantee every Basketball player is clean. Hell, even Melo is 100% THC free. It isn't worth the risk for them. Unlike in track or swimming strange measures and quick doping like blood doping make a difference because speed is the only measure of success. For ball players you need talents. I just wonder if the table tennis guys get super tested. If I was a table tennis Olympian with no shot I would do Roids just so I would be known as the guy who took roids to be better at ping-pong. :rofl:

My bet is it was some pratical joke. They are always doing things like that after games and practices. Carmelo was smiling as the guy was coming on like he knew something was up, and Lebron had his back to Deron but knew to look back then saw Deron to catch him, and they were all smiling while they crowed around him. All the signs say it was some kind of funny thing not a serious matter.... but I guess still you can never tell for sure unless one gets more details..... anyone, anyone.

Obviously I don't think Deron is doping or anything, just want to know the story. The thread was asking what he was doing, and I found out more information which raised another question.

Do you have any idea who/what Deron Williams was chasing at the end of the game against Australia??? It looked like he was going after Michael Redd ... what happened?

Still, nothing to be worried about. I wonder if the writter who responded to that was someone who read Bat's comment and thus answered that way.

Believe me, some stuff is weird. I have Maria Sharapova's personal e-mail, and her agent's too. They would visit fan sites, more often, than one would think.

It's funny, the internet is so big and so small at the same time. It's funny when you are randomly browsing sights you've never been too and see someone in a forum who has a Jazz sig that you made a few years ago that you'd completely forgotten about.
