My only wish is that: with percentages, it would be nice if they gave us total FGM/FGA and FTM/FTA.

Often it is harder to decide whether to tank percentages or not on the last day.

It doesn't let you customize the playoff start/end days. That sucks because most stars don't play in the last week for their team is tanking or just resting for the playoffs.

Also, having the #3 seed has no advantage over the #6 seed in playoffs, which is gay.

Sure they do. They have home field advantage.

You can choose when to have your playoffs, can you not?

That's H2H, and that's playoffs. A bit unfair, but you have to live with it.

Not as far as I know.

The team with higher ranking in the regular season should win the tiebreak, for example.

I think the team with better regular season record does win the tiebreak (at least that's the default setting).

Tie breaks in the playoffs are determined by who scored the most in the points category...

1.) The playoff format I don't like, how one team can get third place and then lose first round due to one bad week. Playoffs should be 2 week long rounds, so just start them earlier.

2.) The inabibility to keep rosters and leagues up for as long as you want (ie/ keeper leagues). Entering the information is a bit of a hassle I might say.

When you win your league, you get no form of recognition. I would like a Trophy, some acknowledgement! Agree?
:D

I want to draft a team now --

they should definitely add the option of selecting the playoffs period... we should be able to start the playoffs 2 or 3 weeks earlier than the default dates

- Division creation.
- Playoff customization.
- Options for keepers in the online draft.
- Various FA/waiver system, ie.auction/bidding.
- Option to upload our team logo instead of those ugly yahoo avatars.

Basically they have to add EVERYTHING that the ultimate fantasy commissioner has in nba.com. I'd love to play there but I already have a 4 year history in yahoo with other friends so we won't move.

Note: The yahoo guys are really helpful. Ive emailed the several times and they always reply quickly with a normal human answer instead of a robotic one. I hope this season we'll see some good changes.

Yes I forgot to point that out. Even though 21-22 weeks are not enough for 30 teams. They have to increase them from max 20 to 22. Now with 21 h2h weeks, you get to play 2 times with the same team. No point.

I agree with shortening the playoffs. Even ending the season earlier by one week would make so much difference, since alot of top stars play limited minutes in the last few games. Also agree that it would be nice to have the playoffs be all two weeks per round.

Also I wonder why yahoo decided to limit you to being only able to search managers names that are in the same leagues as you are? Before you could type in anyone's yahoo nick and check out their profile, but now you can only search for managers that you've been in a league with before. :(

Also I wish there was an option that allowed yahoo to automatically set your best players as active without having to do it manually daily. With the drag and drop it helps alot, but if you have alot of teams to manage, it can still be a pain to set your roster manually everyday.

It seems to me that Yahoo opens its NBA Fantasy Basketball around September 15. If it's not open this weekend, it will be open early next week.

ESPN opened with a new fantasy game like yahoo and nba.com and it looks great!

If the Yahoo guys don't add the same features, they will seriously fall behind in the competition and I'll have to move my 4 year league to ESPN. :(

^^ It does look good. Free live scoring, mock draft lobby to practice drafting, this is tempting. I've never played anything but Yahoo Fantasy Basketball. I don't know if I have time to play both! lol
