CzBronnnnn :curse: :curse:

Kinda OT but LeBron's 3pt percentage was great(over %46) but his FT form is still concerning. :( This guy was a %75 percent shooter, hard to understand this slump. No doubt that it's psychological but a superstar like LeBron should get over it. I guess we won't see an improvement next year. But I hope he can raise his 3pt % to at least 35 again with having Mo running the offense maybe he won't have to force stupid 3's this year.

Something about the ball is the only thing I can think of because just about everyones free throw percentages were lower than they are in the NBA. I don't think it's anything to be concerned with but to call him a choker is just idiocy. LeBron played fine even in the final game. He wasn't looking to shoot as much as I'd have liked but then, Kobe wasnt passing him the ball anyway.

As the announcers repeatedly said, Lebron was the best all around player on Team USA throughout the tournament. I was pleased with how his defense progressed and his perimeter shot looked a little better. Was great to see him win gold.

I think he will have the best season of his career next year.

LeBron was a facilitator with this team. In the Gold medal game he did a great job getting the ball to the open man when he was manning the high post. It's a position he was built for and can be such a great zone buster from there. Of course, he was also one of the teams best 3 point shooter. That's why it was kinda annoying to me that Kobe ignored him wide open in the corner to force a runner (that he just happened to make). So you do have to give him credit, but he really still doesn't look out for his teammates as much as he should.

Kobe is not a playmaker at all. It's just not in his mentality or skill set.

It was evident by his assist/TO ratio in the Olympics, and the fact he routinely was leading the team in shot attempts (even when he was shooting like crap)

He's a scorer pure and simple. When he gets hot though, look out.

Hope so, I really believe we can win the championship next year if LeBron brings the same intensity and of course if we can get good value for our remaining expirings.

I have to give you credit. I complain when the Cavs go on a west coast trip.

i really dont understand how you are going to criticize kobe. he had a great tourney. lebron was good. his defence wasnt great, it was just a different system. his defensive style has always been to pressure and get steals and get out. Mike browns defensive strategy is to slow it down and make them put up a bad shot. Team USA played to lebrons strengths. He dominates defenense when he can use his athleticism to gamble and he has a good point guard/ running mate. Notice that in a lot of games the offence ran through him even when cp3 and deron were on teh court.

The thing im hoping is that lebron remembers how to play and ignroes a little bit of mike browns slow and boring style and gets a bit of a licence to gamble on defence put pressure on the other team. You win by forcing teams to make decisions not waiting for them to hopefully making average ones and then playing the boring percentage pick and roll every time down the other side of the court. I want some entertainment. We will still win 48+ games if lebron gets a licence to attack teams individually on defence. Have mo running to the corners and we are set. If only we could get an athletic SG. JR smith would be wonderfull.

Just got a chance to watch the game. That was fun. It was great to see Bronnie up there getting his gold for sure.

It was awesome cheering for all of those guys and actually having them be on our team, but now its back to business here in the States.

I must say though, the one guy I came away the most impressed with throughout this whole thing was Chris Bosh. Not saying he was the best player on the team (obviously not) but man has he figured out the international game now. He used to be absolutely terrible on that team, good to see him bounce back. How nice would it be to have him on our team in a couple years.... :)

So that's Mike Browns strategy..

while most Cavs fans are hoping for better talent in Cleveland..
lost is the fact that we need better coaching too..

for starters.. what a bout a consistent rotation this season?

i think whether Brown improves will be the most important thing this season

You can't play with a pressure defense in the NBA. The ball handling is too good and if they break the pressure they have a good shot.

Forget all the who won and why. I'd love to see this type of ball in the NBA. I don't think the pros could last 82 games a year if the NBA played this rough a game. Awesone, show. I think the NFL would get a run for its money if defense was allowed at this level of intensity.
