Home dominance

Let's look at two seasons. The 1985-1986 Celtics were 40-1(thanks, Portland) at home in the regular season, and were 10-0 in the playoffs. They were 39-2 in the 1986-1987 season. They won all their home games vs. the Bulls and Pistons, and lost one to the Lakers in the Finals. The Bucks series went 7, but I have no idea what Boston did in their home games. If they lost 1 to the Bucks, that would mean they were 50-1 at home in the 1985-1986 season and 50-4 in the 1986-1987 season for a combined 100-5. Is there any team that comes close to that mark?
