Your Favorite Moment In Your Fav Teams History?

Post#1 » by AgEnT50 » Wed Aug 27, 2008 11:31 pm

As a Magic Fan. . .

Mine is without a doubt is Game # 1 vs the Bulls back on May 7th, 1995. Chicago had the ball and a 91-90 lead with 20 seconds left. Nick Anderson came from behind & poked the ball away from Jordan as he brought the ball upcourt. . .ball went to Penny who led the fastbreak & dished it off to Horace Grant for the slam.

The Kobe to Shaq alley-oop that started the laker dynasty.

Lakers

Kobe's game winner vs the Suns in game 4 of the 2006 Playoffs. Even though they went on to lose the series it was still my favorite cause I was there.

I was too young to appreciate the bad boys, so 2004 finals without a question

Drew Sharp saying Lakers in 3.

Media saying Lakers in four cause the Pistons can't score, to the first win and all the comparisons to the 76ers in 2001 and the first loss which everyone thought we blew and couldn't recover from. Then the beat down in game 3, and the "Lakers will play serious oh shi" game 4, to the absolute hilarious beat down and destruction of Kobe/Shaq in game 5.

Good times, good times.

Down two games and thirteen points with six minutes to play in game three of the 2006 NBA Finals, Dwyane Wade's assassin instinct kicks in, and his game goes to the next level. Tough bankshot, driving three-pointer, pull-up jumper, running floater, corner jumper, steal, rebound Dirk's FT miss, tip-away inbounds pass. Game over. Heat win 98-96, assisted by Wade's playoff career-high 42 points. The Heat go on to sweep the next three games and win the title, and Wade wins Finals MVP.
