"the Thief or Ball Junkie" who is better getting us info??

I have been wondering this, but I have also seen that most of the information that the Thief provides first has panned out while information from Ball Junkie at the O-Zone has not.

So wonder what the rest of you think about the two main "insider info" guys and your take on the information provided to all of us.

As you might have noticed I have already called the Thief the true insider compared to Ball Junkie.

Now it's your turn everyone.

Nothing but respect to the both.

But BJ. He had Pietrus before anybody...confirmed interest in Crittenton....said Nets was pushing hard for Dooling..confirmed interest in Anthony Johnson.

Thief had the Courtney Lee thing from the jump. And also denied a lot of things from other ppl. Which there was quiet a few.

It will be an even slower off-season without those 2.

I've never heard of Ball Junkie. What happened to that one guy at O-Zone whom so many people were critical of?

Also, does BJ have a blog over at O-Zone or something that someone could provide us a link to?

No offense to either, but I don't put much stock into any kind of inside info. I do enjoy reading it for entertainment purposes, however.

I trust both in so far as that their sources are legit, just different. What one may hear is different from what the other may hear. You just have to learn who is more reliable with which info.

Also, just because a source says something doesn't mean it will come true. But both seem to have their fingers on the pulse of the organization.

I think inside info shouldn't be leaked to the GP.

I agree for the most part...I really dont want to or even try to "leak inside info"...

Thats why I really don't think there is such thing as 'inside info' unless you are directly related to someone who is on the team...even then..they wont go around telling people other than their close friends...and those close friends aren't going to be 'showing off' the inside info on forums and radio shows.

Real inside info "stays" usually within but there are times they get leaked.

There is "inside info" that does get leaked like what friends may hear and they will tell people but its not really "top secret"

well Im not saying that I dont hear/know certain things, but at the same time, I don't betray the trust of people...I have good sources (much better than others im willing to bet)...but the info is shared amongst friends, not to a reporter...I don't ask for info, it's all said in the interest that I am a friend and former ball player who happens to love all things Magic...I will only repeat it if its something that will become evident soon, concrete or not sensitive to the team...I would never repeat something that was said in confidence and could harm the team or my sources/friends...

let someone else shine for the "inside" stuff...I dont want that title...

Ball Junkie is the "leader" at the O-Zone for insider whatever.
