Getting ready for training camp

Post#1 » by greenway84 » Fri Aug 29, 2008 1:34 am

Training camp is only a few weeks away and I'm rehabbing my foot (editor's note: Travis had surgery to remove bone spurs from his left big toe on May 6) and working to get back in shape so I'm ready to go. After those two big trades management made, we have a lot of new players so camp should be extremely competitive.

My foot's getting closer and closer to 100 percent. It's actually taken a little longer than I would've liked for it to get back to where I want it. There's still some pain and soreness in there but in the next month or so it should be ready to go. So I'm getting ready for camp, getting in the gym, getting shots up, lifting, things of that sort.

I haven't had a chance to read it yet but its a nice sized article. We haven't heard from Deiner in a while I'm anxious to see what he has to say....

I actually like Agent Zero's blogs (on the odd occasions I read them). Travis' blogs are often a good indicator of inside information however he could blog a little more or at least on a consistent basis. He is too ad hoc at the moment but none the less always a good read
