then u look at the lineup in 2010/2011 - C - Posey, 1B - Sandoval, 2B - Hudson, SS - Burris, 3B - free agent or Villalona?, LF - Lewis, CF - Rowand, RF - Winn or Schierholtz. SP - Lincecum, Cain, Sanchez, Bumgarner, Zito. thats not bad.

I wouldn't sign one free agent this winter, this team is still rebuilding.

The Necessary moves are getting rid of Dave Roberts and Randy Winn, that's all.

Winn would probably yield a sandwich pick after he signs somewhere as a FA. So, they better get something worth at least that if they try to dump his salary. Schierholtz may have to be a 4th outfielder next year. He should still be able to get 400 AB's. Agree on Roberts and Aurilia should have been dumped for a bag of sweat socks.
