Damon stoudamire?

Post#1 » by sh0rty528 » Sat Sep 6, 2008 12:52 am

Damon stoudamire is a good pg with the pg skills, we could sign him to a vet min and use as our 3rd string pg who is cheap and veteran who could provide quality minutes off the bench. By the way, he is unrestricted free agent and looking for a team. Then, we could trade delonte west to any one who could upgrade our team. I like the idea of d.west for haslem, he could be our back up sf for lebron.

who do you prefer to have for our 3rd string pg? a good back up pg who wants more money or vet pg for vet min who can provide quality minutes off the bench.

Thougths?

Uh my Thoughts? Have you ever seen Haslem play? He is in no way a SF, he is a PF. He could be a solid pf for us, he is like Joe Smith in that he can hit the mid-ranger and plays solid D. So I dont think the idea is that bad but dude get your facts straight. Also I'm not sure if Damon wants to be the 3rd string pg?

No need for a 35 year old PG...

Stoudamire stinks. He can't shoot and doesn't play defense. I can't imagine what good he could do for us.

Maybe if he was in his Blazer days.. Right now, he is way past his prime. Yet, he has no shot, no defense, and is injury prone. Waste of salary cap.

Is delonte your good back up pg who wants more money? cuz if he is.. he would be our backup pg not our third string pg. boobie would then see practically no minutes at pg and all his minutes would come at sg.
