Yeah it seems every year all they do is talk trash and then we beat them. I remember when Sharper used to talk trash all the time too but he has grown up a little obviously.

Box score says Pat Williams had 6 tackles but he was a non factor. Allen is a redneck joke.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

One of the Williams' actually had the decency to at least go up to Aaron Rodgers, shake his hand, and congratulate him.

Didn't catch which one it was, though...but I'm assuming it wasn't the Pat-half.

Redneck Allen, shot his mouth off all summer. He's a good fit with Darlene and the rest of the Queens.

Did you know that Jared Allen is sober? I only heard and read in every magazine possible this summer. Did he play tonight?

Aw man, if there are two guys on the Packers you shouldn't doubt it's Clifton and Tauscher.

Realize that according to Pat Williams, anyone he plays is a "joke". But like you said, he had the decency to go up to Rogers and congratulate him, and most likely give him major props for the way he played.

Also, Jared Allen said after the game he was very complementary of Rogers and the scheme they used. He said after the game the Packers are actually tougher to scheme against with Rodgers because of his running ability. He said it kept them off balance all game. And went out of his way to say they are tougher to defend with Rodgers. Allen is also a guy who will talk crap somewhat tongue and cheek. Bottom line, they were both good sports about getting their assess handed to them.

The trash talk really doesn't bother me, especially from good players. But I fear the day the Vikes get a QB who can stretch the field along with AP. Scary.

Obviously you play in a league with defensive players. I wouldn't dump him, he has struggled in the past against Clifton. Don't expect the way he played against the Pack to continue.

Glad to know that they are both better sports than Pujols.

Clifton is a poor run blocker, but IMO he's one of the more underrated players in the NFL and among casual Packer fans who don't know the game well beyond just watching it and seeing who make the big plays.

Rushing the passer and protecting the passer are two of the most important aspects of pro football, it's why pass rushers are in such demand and same for left tackles. Clifton is and has been a top 5 pass blocking LT in the NFL for awhile, one of the best draft picks made by Wolf and the Packers in general since the day Chad was drafted. Besides the health of Rodgers, i have a hard time thinking of another player on the roster i'd stress over more if hurt badly.

Yup, that's the quote I heard on the radio, thanks.
