I'd vote total number of wins, but I don't really care.

More importantly, we need a week 2 picks post.

Because due to work, family, forgetfulness, some people will undoubtedly miss one or more weeks. They might end up with a great winning percentage, but someone who picked every week might beat them in win total even though they might not have as good a winning %.

Basically, if you actually bet money on the games, you'd be more concerned with your wins-losses than wins.

well thats not how we did it last year, a big majority of the people were good at making the picks every week, and i believe we did 2 points for the MNF games

Keeping track of record probably gives the most information. While it might leave open to interpretation who ends up being the winner, I don't think there's much question who has bragging rights if someone goes .700 over 17 weeks vs. 16-0 one week and then stopping. Meanwhile if someone goes .725 and misses a week, I think they still get props over .700 dude.
