Fiction, although i wish it was true, would be great come play-offs

FoF: Artest finishes top 3 for dpoy and T-Mac top 5 for MVP.

Fiction:IMO Artest will be top 3 in DPOY but T-Mac won't be top 5 in MVP.
He just won't be able to get the numbers and him and Yao will take votes away from each other , I can see him winning finals MVP though :D

FoF:Yao will be our leading scorer.
“He didn’t miss?” , “That’s fantastic. That’s tremendous. I wish I could have a day like that. I dream of the day I could go 12-for-12.”-Rafer Alston

Fact. Having Ron i think will take away moreso from Tracy's PPG then Yao's.

FoF: Scola is given more chances in the low post this season.

Fact-barely. More a function of Scola getting more minutes than increased usage down low. Adelman would prefer him in the hi-post.

FoF:Ron wil be a positive influence on Rafer :)

maybe a fact. ron's style of play, giving everything he has, might have a positive influence not only on rafer, but on the entire team

FoF: luther will remain with us 'cause adelman sees him as a really useful player for the games that t-mac will skip beacuse of his chronic problems

Fact. Luther is the only Rocket who consistantly made the cuts Adelman's offense requires.
I looked up some of Luther's numbers last night and maybe there's a reason The US Olympic Team invited him in to scrimmage the USA Team. If you pro-rated his numbers to 36 minutes a game he would have ave'd 14.5 points and 3.9 assists. He has some very high positive plus/minus numbers when he was the SG on a small lineup. I could even see him getting major minutes w/the second unit if Brooks falters-a Barry,Head,Artest/Tracy grouping gives you 3 guys who could bring the ball up. And maybe not having the pressure of being the entire Rocket bench in the Playoffs will let him relax and not have another collapse in the Playoffs.(Altho to be fair,he did have 1 good 4Q against Utah in Game 5 of the previous series w/back-to-back 3s and a couple of other baskets to put Utah away in that game.)

FoF:Dorsey is getting 15+ minutes/game by end of season.
