Post#1 » by Amen316 » Sun Sep 14, 2008 5:06 pm

Forum admins
Lets have a Az Cardinal Topic Heading or at least til they are no longer a .500 team. We the Cardinals win its like the CLippers/ Pirates-Royals. Doesnt happen but 1 or 2x a decade.

Cards look real sharp the first two games of season. Everything is clicking for this team, defense and offense impressive. Cards have a great chance to win in Washingtow next week for a 3-0 record. Looks like a 9-7 mark will put us in the playoffs, so starting off the season 3-0 is huge, and if that happens we could just go 6-7 the rest of the way and stil make the playoffs. But, I hope this team doesnt stop winning and continues to punish their opponents then everything should be fine.

Prediction: 10-6

Got the Raiders. Haha, sorry I couldn't resist. And hey it feels like the once or twice a decade that you mentioned for the Cards for me at the moment.

Pirates-Royals back in the day were not that bad. About the cards, to me, this is the year they win the division and make the playoffs with a winning record. Whoever said 49ers, please, that team is a mess. Not as bad as the raiders tho.

To remain healthy is key for this team to win. I looked at the schedule, and this is what I see. I came up with them going around 10-6. However, I could see them going 9-7 tho.

Sun 9/7 at San Francisco W 23-13
Sun 9/14 Miami W 31-10

Wow ESC 5-0 to start the season and then 5-6 after that with them being 8-6 going to New england.
I have them at 8-8 The games that I see that could go either way are Washington, NY Jets, at Seattle, and New England. Those 4 games will make or break the season.

7-9 IS MORE LIKE IT MAYBE 8-8 THE JETS GAME COULD GO EITHER WAY BUT I GIVE THE EDGE TO THE JETS SINCE THEY HAVE THE BEST QB TO EVER PLAY THE GAME

Keep in mind he's throwing the ball to Jerricho Cotchery and Laveranues Coles. I'd take Anquain Boldin and Larry Fitzgerald over that any day of the week, and twice on Sunday. The Cardinals are a better football team this year with an improved O-line, a fast defense that swarms the ball, and the best head coach this team has seen in a decade. Cardinals will do great this year.

Either 9-7 or 10-6 we will finish, but I dont see them 7-9 this season we are improved and like suns247 said we have the best coach in this decade.
