We looked so damn good today. The only weakness was on special teams, we gave up too many return yards, but we've done that all season. We did not give up ANY big plays today, like the last two games where we gave up two early on. OK maybe two fourth downs but they weren't huge gains (ok 1 was a TD).

What a game. This gives me hope for the season. When was the last time the Chargers beat us? As far I remember, hasn't been in this decade.

Cassel sucks. I bet they go out and sign someone else. And the Pats offensive line is nowhere near what they were last season. We would have beaten them with Brady too.

Alright I don't usually use the NFL forums on here but I am a big time Dolphins fan, only problem is, I'm from Maine. This is the first time I was able to watch the Dolphins game and I came out wondering how the hell we lost our first two games. Is the offensive scheme completely different than it was the previous couple games. The option type play we were running with Ronnie taking the snaps killed the Patriots and seems like it could be a really big threat against teams across the league. Is this new this week? Do you think we will see this continue?

To answer your first question. The "O" was completly differnt this game. This was the first game that we used the option. Yes it worked but dont expect the same results. The NFL picksup on things like that and wont work on a weekly basis. But this will force teams to plan for it, which helps us slightly in preparing. The first game agaist the JETS was close, so you really cant say much but the Cards game was just a disaster. From the first play it was over.

PS, Welcome to the board and keep posting and tell friends. Lets get this board going guys!!!

The two quarterback system worked, just like I had called it.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

I can't understand why Ronnie Brown gets so little respect this year- he was tearing it up before he got hurt last season and he's obviously healthy. it was nice to see a statement game from him. I'm not a Ricky hater, but I have Ronnie Brown on my fantasty team, so I'd like to see him as little as possible moving forward :D

Nice to see Merling get a sack too.

The problem with ronnie brown and getting respect is that he plays for the dolphins. When you go 1-15 the year before, your not going to be respected. Ronnie brown would be a MVP type player if he was on a top team.

Merling is going to be a decent player, Langford could be amazing. Glad to see that we got your DE for the future already in place, also Starks seems to be coming around. D-Line and O-Line look pretty good for years to come. The real question is, when will we open up talks with Vernon Carey, the guy is great and very underrated.
