Mehmet Okur

Gotta go for him... Boozer appears to be the only player Miller will work to keep. A 7ft 3-point sharp shooter is all the SUNS need to spread the floor for Dragic.

My 2-cents for the nite

I've always thought he would be a nice fit here, even when they pondered overpaying for him the year we got Nash.

Imagine

Okur
Amare
Marion
Bell
Nash

NOICE....ho hum

Miller will keep Deron, Boozer and Brewer I'd imagine. Millsap can step in and play PF and shift Boozer to C easy enough. Someone will pay him, wouldn't surprise me if DET wanted him back to put next to Sheed/Prince up front

^ I'd trade Diaw straight up for Okur, maybe give em a pick if we have any left. His contract ends in 2010 as well. It would be nice if we could also give em back Bell for Harpring :D

No way! I like Harpring too, but I think Bell suits us much better. We trade Bell who guards Kobe/Manu/KMartin/Iverson etc?

And Jazz aren't dumb, they'd never trade FOR Diaw, when they can probably keep Okur at the same price around $9m

I'm just playing around. I know Diaw's trade value wouldn't net us a scrub.

Boozer won't play C. Okur is fine, he rebounds, shoots and that is about it. Hes horrible at D, so if Amare does not get better like he is talking, im not sure we want to have a soft inside D with these two guys.

I think the ideal type of guy they need to put next to Amare is Chandler/Dalembert/Biedrins etc...hopefully Lopez can develop into a decent C, I have confidence he'll be a Varejao type which will be fine for his first 2-3 years

Too late now, but I think Suns need a stronger center since Amare is the only strong body in the lineup.
