Zelg against Manhoef would be cool. Mayhem against either.

The UFC needs to go after Zelg hard.

I'm guessing they do Akiyama vs. Mousasi, unless they choose to grant Aoki his death wish.

And sorry, but did you just say EliteXC has the best stock of MWs in the world?

ah! big believer in Akiyama, actually. that would be great. KOd Kang like it was nothing and that loss to whatshiface with the downed kick was nonsense. he's a great fighter.

by "stock", I mean group + free-agents (assuming they have the same deal Nick Diaz has). Lawler, Ninja, Villasenor...

I guess the issue with signed MWs is that they're really evenly spread out across orgs, between the UFC, Strikeforce (Sham, Le), Dream and EliteXC. there are so many interesting matches that can't take place because of this. EliteXC seems the only one flexible.

Ah, fair enough, I can see that then.

And yeah, Akiyama is awesome. I'd like to see him up against a legit opponent again. He's also somehow become one of the biggest draws in Japan because they hate him so much.

Unfortunately, Dream 6 got low ratings once again, and we might not see a Dream 7. I'm sure they would do another Yarennoka event or something for NYE though.
