The Bulls would like to pick up Mike Harris. Do we pick him up for the same unguaranteed amount or...?

The Blazers and Pacers have come to agreement on a deal:

Blazers trade/Pacers receive:

Anthony Johnson $1,910,000
Portland's 2009 1st round pick (unprotected)

Total: $1,910,000

Pacers trade/Blazers receive:

Shawne Williams $1,572,960

Total: $1,572,960

1,572,960 X 1.25 + 100,000 = 2,066,200
2,066,200>1,910,000

Blazers accept. We are happy to bring in a young SF in Williams who has a lot of potential and could be a key piece off of the bench for us. We also have a lot of future picks, so losing one doesn't hurt us that much.

minimum contract cuts and pick ups will go without approval. just make sure to post it to avoid any confusion.

also, i've seen the trades and remember i have to wait 12 hours to approve them. also, if you guys could quote the trade you're accepting in would be very helpful.

The Pacers are sad to see Williams go, we had high hopes for him, but his recent legal issues made it hard to keep him with our change in the community. We need good PR players to clean up our imagine and Williams just didn't fit that. We are very happy to get Anthony Johnson back who played great for us a few years back, and look for him to play a big role in our team. The 1st round pick is nice as we are going through a rebuilding phase and this only adds to our youth and future.

The LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS and MILWAUKEE BUCKS have agreed to a trade:

Clippers Send:
Dahntay Jones $797,581
Jason Hart $2,484,000
Clippers 2009 first round pick

Milwaukee Sends:
Charlie Villanueva $3,448,050

Math works:
Clippers outgoing: $3,281,581
Clippers incoming: $3,448,050

Milwaukee incoming: $3,281,581
Milwaukee outgoing: $3,448,050

Clippers accept

The clippers do this deal because it gives them a viable option at SF/PF with CV. His inside outside game should compliment the post games Kaman and Camby well. Yes, he is had a relatively poor career so far, but we feel he could do well if played the right way. We're purely taking a chance on him, hopefully he works out.

The Atlanta Hawks and Oklahoma Thunder have agreed upon a deal that will send Zaza Pachulia and Acie Law to the Thunder with Nick Collison and Jamareo Davidson going to the Hawks.

Salaries work fine:

Nick Collison $6,350,000
Jermareo Davidson $711,517

Zaza Pachulia 4 000 000
Acie Law 2,071,680

it works 6 071 680 x 1.25 + 100 000=7 689 600>7 061 517

This trade helps both teams, the Thunder looking to get younger and the Hawks looking to add to their front court with a solid vet...

The Heat accept, and though very disappointed to lose newly acquired stars in Billups and Sheed both who filled a huge need, we felt it was too good to pass up to bring a perennial all-star and undoubtedly one of the top 10 players in the league in Dirk Nowitzki. Pairing him with Wade instantly takes the team to the better status, and picking up a solid shooter/all rounded player in Jameer Nelson is a nice addition as well. We wish Chauncey and Sheed the best of luck in Chicago and hope Chalmers enjoys a nice long career in Orlando.

Chicago accepts. With VC around, Deng, and Billups coming in, Dirk's scoring isn't completely necessary with Gordon rumored to sign a QO soon. We get a second terrific defensive G as well as one of the best post defenders in the league.

Billups/Hinrich
VC/Gordon
Deng/Noc
Rasheed/Bass/Harris
Noah/Gray/Rasheed

I agree. I get another expiring which is helpful in the rebuilding process. I get a true Point Guard to groom as I think Westbrook is better off playing SG.

The Magic accept. The arrival of both Chris Duhon and Mario Chalmers gives us two very capable defenders at the PG spot and at a cheaper price tag. Although we know that Jameer Nelson will have an excellent career in Miami, we decided to narrow in on players that focus more on defense as opposed to creating scoring opportunities for themselves. FC- Mikki Moore(Team option next year) and Ryan Bowen both give us the much depth that our front court lacks as well as veteran leadership. We wish much success to Jameer in Miami.

The Phoenix Suns and the Orlando Majic has agreed in a deal.

Phoenix Suns out / Orlando In:

Leandro Barbosa - $6,100,000
09 PHX Second Round Pick
09 GS Second Round Pick owed to PHX

Orlando out / Phoenix In:

Hedo Turkgoluo - $6,864,200

6,100,000 x 1.25 + 100,000 = 7,725,000

Losing Leandro Barbosa hurts but Hedo will give us another veteran shooter in the wing position. Getting Hedo is a big leap to our goal of getting back to traditional basketball line-up. We wish the best of luck for the Brazilian Blur.

The LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS and PHOENIX SUNS have agreed to a trade:

Clippers Send:
Tim Thomas $6,049,400
Brian Skinner $1,262,275
LA Clippers 2010 second round pick

Suns Send:
Boris Diaw $9,000,000

Math works:
Clippers outgoing: $7,311,675
Clippers incoming: $9,000,000

Suns incoming: $9,000,000
Suns outgoing: $7,311,675

Clippers accept

The clippers do this deal as they get a versatile forward (albeit an overpaid one) who will backup 3 positions and will give us better depth and not to mention defensive prowess. Perhaps will help Diaw with a change of scenery as well. As for Thomas and Skinner, we wish them all the best with their return to Phoenix

We hate to lose Diaw but its time for him to go for a change in scenery. We are happy to get Tim Thomas and Brian Skinner back to Arizona. Team owner Robert Sarver is also happy and quite satisfied with the cash savings as a result of this deal :D

Lakers and Spurs have agreed to an epic blockbuster:

Andrew Bynum
Sun Yue
Lamar Odom
Jordan Farmar
Trevor Ariza
2009 1st rounder (unprotected)
for
Tim Duncan
Ime Udoka
Kurt Thomas
Jacque Vaughn

Trade ID #4775173

Lakers Accept.

Tim Duncan takes the Lakers to the next level in terms of win now. He gives me one of the best big men in the league to pair up with Kobe and really up the Lakers championship ambitions. WIth the acquisition of TD, financial issues have been made much smaller as I no longer need to re-sign Bynum to a huge deal. Udoka/KT/Vaughn provide some veteran leadership off the bench.
