Adam Morrison

Post#1 » by jhern87 » Tue Sep 30, 2008 8:03 pm

Hey, what's up Bobcat fans.. I was just wondering.. After reading that hilarious Adam Morrison comic and reading the responses, I was just wondering.. Is he like the laughing stock of your team?

When he came out of college I actually thought he wouldn't be half bad in the league. Though he has been battling injury problems, he's been pretty unsuccessful at making a nitch for himself in the Bobcats rotation. What do you guys expect of Adam this year? Is he healthy? How has he been looking in training camp?

Thought I'd post this in here because you guys are probably the only ones that have any clue about this guy..

to some he is the laughing stock, to others he is still a fan fav. there are a few of us die hard ammo fans left.

as far as expectations, its just really hard to know at this point. he was rumored to be having a solid camp last year before the injuries, but prior to that the last memories we have are of a gun shy, timid rookie who has lost all his confidence, which was one of the things that made him special.

all reports say the knee is 100% fine and now the only hurdle related to the injury is mental.

some think LB is the best thing to happen to ammo, since LB loves smart players and ammo will thrive under LB use of screens etc.. others think LB will hate ammo since his defense is bad.

until we see him play a few weeks, i dont think any of us really know what to expect.

Thanks for the info fatlever!

I strolled over to the Bobcats official page and saw that video of him doing drills and stuff. He doesn't look half bad.. And I could really see LB using him kinda like Rip. Coming off screens and hitting J's. I'm from the NW so I gotta root for the guy. Best of luck this upcoming season you guys!

Adam is no laughing matter here.

We here on the Charlotte Hornets board take Adam Morrison very seriously.

In fact, you must address him as Mr. Morrison.

and you must address me as Banana Rama.

No excuses. you don't even KNOW!

Hey Mr. Rama, did you ever hook up with that Lakers girl (was it a Lakers girl?) you had your eye on? Or maybe it was a Bobcats dancer. Not sure.

Personally, I'd focus on the really cute girl that serves latte at the local cafe.
