It's a low risk move if we sign him to a two year deal.

Anything more than two years and I will be pissed.

Can we sign him soon so he is on the 2k9 roster?

We will have some minute crunches this year. I smell trade.

While I know Riley has a tendency to try to obfuscate, I think this quote means that the Wolves have a better chance of being the only team that may be offering Livingston a contract, so we clearly don't have to break the bank with our offer.

That happened today, according to Wiretap.

In the perfect world Ollie does not play, but contributes in the film room, on the road and in practice. Mentoring the young guards. His strengths are defense and game management. He can add value to the mentality of Telfair and Foye.

Sorta like what we wanted when we talked about dealing for Snow, only not nearly as costly.

I'm cool with it now that I heard he has lockerroom presence. Wolves need that, hopefully he has lots of info he can pass on.

Its important to have that lockerroom presence:

"Hey Rashad, I said no running!" and "Sebastian, did you make sure to brush your teeth?" and "NO, Kevin, NO, put down those barbecue ribs right now! Bad!"

Ive always liked ollie and I think your wrong about him not playing.

As long as he plays only 5 minutes agame then that will be fine. He is solid enough to deal with the last five minutes of the 1st or 2nd quarter when we ned to settle the youngsters down and get them out of a funk.
