CUBS
@
Dodger Stadium
9:00PM CDT

Harden
Kuroda

the door is closing fast, but it is not shut yet. if boston can do it, then there is always a chance. you never know w/ this game. these topics of giving up on the cubs are ridiculous. giving up shouldnt be an option. i put too much love and time into this team. we should watch to the very end.

LETS GO CUBS!

Yup, I'm going with this.

You guys crying about it should just realize you're a fan, and there's no way to clear that from your consciousness. I grew up a fan of NY teams, Knicks and Mets, and although most of my life I've been a Chicago fan, the sentiments of New Yorkness will always be with me.

You're not going to quit. You'll still check the board. You'll still keep up with the team.

...and when the Cubs have got it going again in June, you'll hop right back on the wagon. But when that happens, we'll call you a fair weather fan.

The patience we have for our sports teams could cure world peace.

Manny walked 7 batters on Wednesday and committed 4 errors last night? Wow didn't see that.

Did you guys know...the last time a team came back in a division series from 2-0 down was the Red Sox against the A's. Game 3 was started by Ted Lilly and Rich Harden got the loss in relief:

Rich Harden is possibly our best pitcher and Ted Lilly has been the best lately. If the Cubs take game 3 then we're only 1 win away from tying the series.

we win sat., we can put the pressure back on the dodgers. we got to take it to them. harden can do it.
its not impossible to win 3 in a row. it has been done before.

Good luck in game 3. I'm going to be tied to my TV watching the sox in game 2. I thought for sure the Sox would lose in round 1 (and still feel that way), but I still think the Cubs can advance. They're simply a better team than the Dodgers and if they get their heads out of their asses and stop pressing they can easily rattle off three wins.

Good lineup tonight, hopefully the Cubs can produce some runs with it.

Remember, the closest a series can be after 3 games is 2-1. If the Cubs win tonight, they're right there.
