I went and i just got back home. I didn't see Jarvis played as well as Najera and Dooling.

Swift was aggressive, he was always asking for the ball in the low post but rarely was given the ball. He hustled on the fastbreak and he had one great ally-ooped dunk from VC. CRD was alright, he was decent.

I liked Brian Hamilton, this guy reminds me of Kittles (btw, Kittles showed up) particularly his Defense. I didn't much of his offense but one mini fastbreak coming from his own steal has WOWed me.
Ryan Anderson was impressive but the day belonged to Harris and VC. Harris was quick but he sometimes gets me nervous with his drive to the basket cross-over then a difficult and impressive turn around (where he gets me nervous). He can easily break his ankle with that turn, i wish develop an easier way to get to the basket because he's fast anyways, ala Tony Parker.

I love Sean Williams, although, he didn't show much today, im still a big fan. He smiles, takes pictures and spent time to sign autographs on both sides of the court. And he was giving the fans a mini show during one of the programs, he would bounce the ball to the board and he would jump and meet the ball in the air and slam it!

I was surprised Lawrence Frank signed autographs for a long time, longer than other players. He was actually the last one to leave. He had a loud cheer and seemed that people loved him. I must admit, i was also excited to see him but other than that, i still want him fired before this season ends or in the next offseason. It's business ^_^

I was only able to get Boone's and Sly's autograph because i was busy with my kids and i thought that was it. Then a few minutes after Opie left, Kiki came out the locker and signed autographs, takes pictures and talked to the fans. He was very smooth and mellow. I liked this guy from the start and i hope he can replace Thorn as the Nets CEO. He is the guy that can bring this team to the next level, again.

I wanted to go but none of my friends wanted to. :-?

Did anyone bring a canned good for a free ticket?

I figured they would be the $10 seats, but I was curious if they were, and what game it was.

Do they have another open practice before the season, or was that the only one?

I brought some cans but not the intention of getting tickets. I got my tickets online and i was actually one of the earliest to get them. I was a little disappointed because i didn't see the part where it says "first come, first serve" basis. I thought that if you're able to get tickets right away, right when they offered the tickets, which was a limited, i would be able to get better seats.

Im not a season ticket holder due to my hours of work so i just got the "will call" status. I picked up the tickets there from the VERY HELPFUL STAFFS and we sat all the way to the back in section A. It wasn't really bad there because the place is not really big like the IZOD center so it's like where sitting in a lower level seats.

There is only one OPEN practice every year so you'd have to wait until next year to see them in practice. Up next is the pre-season.

A lot of the guys weren't big on signing autographs but I did get one thing signed:

I coulda got Ryan, but I passed my cousin's ball in because I already got him. Also Devin was signing but I had nothing for him to sign.

It was interesting to see that TJ Kidd was there (wearing a Kidd Dallas jersey) and participated in the players knock out game.

Vince was also interacting with fans, signed some autographs, and stood in the corner holding 2 little girls. It was interesting to see a change in attitude from him, I hope it is for good.
