Suns open practice

Post#1 » by addicted2noise » Mon Oct 6, 2008 8:07 am

Hey did anyone else go to that open practice at US Airways Center on Sunday night? I went and it was actually really disappointing... they just played a short 30-minute scrimmage , and most of the starters barely played. Actually, I didn't even recognize 1/4 of the players cuz they weren't officially on the roster. The rotation players who did play didn't look great either. Lots of missed shots (including a few air balls) and sloppy play. Hopefully it's just cuz they thought the practice was meaningless, because I don't know how far we're gonna get in the West this year if we continue on like that. Anyway, did anyone else get a chance to see it?

Come on dude it was just a scrimmage. I feel bad for the white team they only had Grant Hill
Robin Lopez looks really good from what I saw and Shaq's dunks were nice!! For some reason, I thought Amare was going to play because he was there with goggles on, but didn't manage to get in. :(

Is TNT going to air preseason games? Didn't know that. That's cool!
Looking forward to the 28-29 season.

LoL, wrote a whole thing and hit save instead of Submit...Hit back button, all gone....So, to sum it up...

Was waiste of time. 3 year season ticket holder who upgraded seats this year only gets reserved section 114, while new holders get courtside.

Al McCoy denied me an autograph when standing next to him chatting, straight said "no"

No players did autographs after, only steve, who did about 15 and was able to get one. plz, walk around sign some stuff, rude.

Was a waiste of time over all and if you didnt go, you were lucky. final score was 8-12. 20 mins of play.
