You said post it, I said I wasn't sure how to do the salaries, so you said you'd look a little more then post it, then I said I'd ask someone else and you said ok.

Its whatever though.

I have had the same thing happen twice to me already. No worries though, just found another trade partner.

Lakers trade:

James Singleton
Nick Fazekas

Atlanta trades:

No one - As per CBA, Atlanta can take on minimum salary players without sending equal contracts back.

The Lakers are looking to cut Walton's salary off the books and the Hawks are in need of some bench depth, simple deal for both sides.

Since this trade hasn't been approved, I'm going to nix it. Bryant08 feel free to do what you gotta do with Fazekas and Singleton.

The Hawks pick up F.A's Darryl Watkins and Anthony Tolliver.

The Hawks and Spurs have agreed upon a deal that will send Matt Bonner to Atlanta for Jeremy Richardson, Darryl Watkins, Anthony Tolliver and the Hawks '11 2nd rounder.

Matt Bonner $2,978,000

for

Jeremy Richardson $972,581
Darryl Watkins $711,517
Anthony Tolliver $711,517
Hawks '11 2nd rounder

2 395 615 x 1.25=2 994 518>2 978 000

Hawks need some insurance up front, Spurs looking to shed Bonner's salary. Simple deal for both parties.

I accept. I need to get rid of roster space, so I do. And, I also get a 2nd round pick '11 so I get some value out of it.

The Orlando Magic and Philadelphia 76ers have come to terms on a trade

Orlando will send

Jameer Nelson (7,700,000) Outgoing salary 3,850,000
Travis Outlaw 4,000,000
Keith Bogans 2,565,000
2009 2nd round pick via phoenix
2011 first round pick

Total Outgoing Salaries

$10,415,000 X 1.25 = 13,018,725> 12,049,327

Philadelphia will send
Al Harrington 9,226,250
Thaddeus Young 1,968,120
Royal Ivey 854,957

Total salaries 12,049,327

Deal Works

Orlando is extremely excited about the addition Thaddeus Young and Al Harrington. Harrington fills a much needed position in our front court and should thrive playing next to Dwight Howard. His ability to play both inside and out will allow more opportunities for newly acquired players such as Barbosa and Bibby. Thaddeus Young will immediately start for us as the small forward position and will become one of the focal points in our offense. Jameer Nelson and Travis outlaw will no doubt be a huge asset to the 76ers. We wish them both success in the future.

The Philadelphia 76ers approve the deal with Orlando.

We are excited to welcome Jameer Nelson to his Hometown of Philadelphia. He´ll be our starting PG for now and the future. He is very excited to play in front of his family. We also love to introduce Travis Outlaw to our Young core. They´re 26 and 24 respectively and good character guys. They should mesh well with Kleiza, Biedrins, Williams and Iggy for another playoff run and the future looks bright too. Both Players will immediately be starting for our team. It was a heartbreak to let Thad Young go, but we couldn´t pass this deal up, as it gives us 2 starters for 1. Al Harrington will be big next to D.howard and we wish him the best of luck. He wasnt a good fit with our team. Bogans is a nice backup who gives us hustle and defense. Ivey was our backup PG and will be in the same Role in Orlando. Good Luck to him. Picks were added to balance it out, as i give up the 2 more talented players in the deal.

Channing Frye- $3,163,769
Raef LaFrentz- $12,722,500

Total: $ 22,756,189

As you can see the math works.

Dallas is happy to move Bibby and Swift to increase youth and round out the roster. The aquisitions of Balkman and Frye will solidify the frontcourt, and Duhon will be a very useful backup PG. The HOU 2010 1st will probably be deep, but helps to bring equal equity to the trade here.

Orlando accepts. We're excited to add proven vets to our young team. Mike Bibby will step in immediately at the PG position and will prove to be a great mentor to Sergio Rodriguez and Nelson. Stromile Swift and George add considerable depth to our almost depleted front court and their contracts give us the cap flexibility to pursue other needs in the offseason. We wish Channing Frye, Renaldo Balkman and Chris Duhon much success in Dallas
Trade approved.

I looked over the salaries on sham sports and the math indeed works out just fine, it's a 3 for 3 deal so no roster problems and as a non bias party and GM of the Hawks, I approve this trade. It's a fair deal, not veto worthy and there is a slight winner here, but not every trade can be a win/win, somebody has to lose most of the time.

Please make sure you both update your rosters asap.

Whoa, easy on the caps. I'd understand more if this was some kind of monster deal that would have a larger effect or if the players going back were signed long term, but come on, he's going to waive one of Tolliver/Watkins as soon as the trade is approved to make 15, it's not complicated, sometimes you can let things slide to make it more convenient for the G.M's.

Random, just waive one of your current I.R minimums. I have my roster updated and this trade shouldn't fall through for something this minor.

This trade is beneficial to both sides, Orlando trying to do what they can to build a contender in the East and with the Mavs in full rebuild mode, Duhon, Balkman and Frye are decent young pieces that can fill out the roster with relatively cheap contracts. Bibby wasn't really needed in Dallas, although his veteran presence could have helped out Rose. Lafrentz gives the Mavs a good expiring back for Bibby's, so their cap situation isn't really hurt, for exception of Swift for Duhon's contract, who in his own right is a solid back-up point (sucked last year though).

As Hawks GM I can approve this trade and feel it's no veto worthy and brings some good things to both clubs.

Doesn't matter. you can't go over the 15 man limit at any time. He'll have to figure it out if you want this trade to go through.

Also, Magic-Sixers can't be approved yet. 12 hours.

I already approved the Magic-Mavericks deal.

My bad i should point out Dallas is trying a double edged sword approach to rebuilding atm. The first is gaining youth and picks, which is being addressed this year. The second is the 2010 free agency at which point we wish to have a plethora of cap space. Duhon will provide decent backup relief while his contract expires in 2010 which is compliable with our plan. So Swift's expiring is not as big a loss.

The Blazers and Magic have come to an agreement on yet another trade:

Blazers trade/Magic receive:

Steve Blake $4,250,000
Rudy Fernandez $1,084,080
Sean Singletary $442,114

Total: $5,776,194

Magic trade/Blazers recieve:

Leandro Barbosa $6,100,000
Sergio Rodriguez $874,000
Houston's 2010 1st round pick

Total: $6,974,000

5,776,194 x 1.25 + 100,000 = 7,320,242
7,320,242 > 6,974,000

Blazers accept. It was really hard to give up Rudy, but we feel that Barbosa gives us a great sixth man to help spell Nash and Roy. We also get Rodriguez back, and the 1st round pick doens't hurt.
