Pacers vs Hornets thread

Post#1 » by IndieRuso420 » Wed Oct 8, 2008 11:59 pm

Is anyone else watching?

Oh god, looks bleak so far. Pacers just a 6 and a half minute scoring drought.

However, Daniels looks good. Ford played real good early and continues driving and dishing. McRobbie is actually playing a lot and is looking decent. Had a block, some good passing.

Anyone else watching got some input?

I have to watch it through live updates, though not one website is doing the Pacer game, yet they do every other game.

Hows Rush and Hibbert looking?

Daniels has pretty much kept Rush off the floor with Danny playing major min and I don't know why.

I know a lot of people have been saying Hibbert looks good, which he looks aright. Just had a sweet dunk and a few free throws. Howver, Hibbert looks slow. I mean damn is he bad running the court. He even looks a little slow in transition off pick and rolls. However, his offense is there early.

I just want to add this on Hibbert, its not that he is lazy. He is def trying to run the floor, he just isn't fast, and again looks just relatively slow compared to everyone else.

OUCH! Pacers are down 19, and can seriously produce no offense without Ford. His ability to penetrate is the only reason we got 40 points right now.

Man not happy , impossible to find stats anywhere on the net. Down by 16 atm? Ouch. Don't worry, Hibbert's just psyching N.O out, he'll dominate soon!!!

Pacers had it down to 52-42 for a while, but as soon as it got to ten Pacers kept shooting themselves in the foot. Way too many TO. A bad pass here, misque there, walking call here, then another bad pass, not setting up offense, too many random jumpers, no one is playing aggresive except Fiesty and Hibbert. Super ugly.

Hibbert just got ejected for popping Ely in the face with an elbow.

Wow, the NBA hates the Pacers. I agree, there should been a call, but a Flagrant 2? Get out of here.

Brandon Rush looks like hot garbage out there. His best case scenario is another Morris Peterson....

Yea, he had a rough first pre-season game. Lets just cut him now and get it over with.

I'm assuming Bayless is still going to be a star even though he had a bad game against the worst PG rotation in the NBA, am I right?

Mo Pete's had a pretty solid player and has been a pretty solid contributor. If that's a realistic look, I'd be pretty ok with that. If he does better, I'd be ecstatic.

He played almost 20 minutes and had 15 points, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, and 2 assists. I thought he looked good....
