He has a guaranteed contract, so, yeah, he'll be on the team. Playtime is a completely different matter, though. My guess is its back to the D-League for Mo.

Yea unfortunately he wont get playing time, and chances are that sooner or later we'll loose him, but maybe, just maybe he can hang around tough like CJ, and he'll start getting more opportunities down the road too, pretty much when Harpring retires I guess, so out SGs can play more SF, and free up minutes for him. To me he hasn't proven he's better than either AK, Harp, Miles, Brewer or Korver, so he has a wait, maybe 2 or 3 years.

Agreed, unfortunately for Almond I am afraid he is going to be sharing NBA time and D-League time with Kosta Koufos this season. My guess is the Jazz just switch them around 3 times during the season or however many is allowed. They will probably split it up pretty evenly unless one of the bigs gets injured in which I expect Kosta to spend more time up.

He can shoot and drive. He needs to play more with top players (Williams and especially Boozer) to learn and stick with nuances of SG play. Unfortunately his situation in the Jazz team stalks his progress. I can see him and CJ (needs to get stronger for SF) starting for the Jazz in 3 years to create complete inside-outside SG/SF combo.
I should be on Lacob payroll...

You're right; he can shoot and he can drive... and with some NBA on court experience I'm sure he can even rebound a little bit which can be a good plus for an off-guard.
On the other hand, for the very little of him that I saw, he doesn't seem to be a good passer, he does not look quick enough.... and all signs are there with regard to his D... the impression you get is that almost any NBA shooting guard can eat him for breakfast....
But he certainly can work on it, and his shooting (and driving) talent is always a good thing to have...
