Eddie Jones
I see Eddie was traded to the Pacers for a troubled young player, 2 second round picks and cash. I bet the Pacers will cut him, I wish some how the Lakers could pick him up off the wire if he gets cut. Phil loves the 6'6 guard and he might have some left in the tank to play a little defense and hit a few shots.

Re: Eddie Jones
I would love to see Eddie back. He can come off the bench like Brian Shaw and Ron Harper. Good to have a veteren that can also help with leadership with the young guys, especially during the post season.

Re: Eddie Jones
I love Eddie, but we already have Kobe & Vujacic tied up at the 2 spot, and a huge logjam at the 3. Not sure where he'd play

Great points & also Eddie has always been 1 of those players that disappears & folds under pressure. Don't really see where he would help us much

Re: Eddie Jones
Player wise we are good. All the pieces are in place and I see no reason to add another guy who isnt going to play.

Eddie is waaaaaaaaaaay off his prime. Don't need another "Aaron McKie" on our team.

As much as I like Eddie, I have to agree that he'd be better off somewhere else.

Re: Eddie Jones
Eddie Jones has missed out on a ring w/ the Lakers and then the Heat... hes been shafted so many times he deserves a trip to back up in LAL
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!

Re: Eddie Jones
eddie said he didn't want to play this year... He wil always be part of the LAKE SHOW era, haha if the lakers can sign aging players like Mitch Richmond, John Salley, AC Green to get rings before they retired they should bring eddie along for the ride. I wonder if they would consider now that sasha has a fracture?

Re: Eddie Jones
I say we keep 14, and wait during mid-season. Zo will become available, and maybe a chance to be with the Lakers (for more than vet's minimum.. we still have our MLE, LLE) would entice him. Doubtful he leaves South Beach, but maybe.
